January 14, 2026

ACE Interact 32.0.1 is a complementary release to ACE 32 and introduces layout and usability improvements in the Search/Call card for both agents and operators.

New and updated features

Updates in ACE Interact 32.0.1

Configurable table view for matches in the Search/Call card

As a separate release following the major ACE 32, ACE Interact 32.0.1 is introduced with a significant update and improvement on how search matches are presented in the Search/Call card. This card in the Interact work area is central to contact handling for both agents and operators, as it is used to quickly find numbers, people and queues in ACE and linked UC catalogues.

With this latest version of ACE Interact, results are presented in a customizable table, that makes it easy to get an overview, sort and take action. Users can select which columns to display and how to sort to fit their workflow best.

In Table settings, you can select which columns to hide, which to display and in what order to show them. This way you can unclutter your view and keep the info that’s relevant for your workflow.

When a record is selected in the table, the action bar at the bottom of the card shows available actions.  If a single match is returned from search, it is automatically selected and available for taking action with a single click or key stroke. Shown above is the operator version of the Search/Call card with Details, Today’s activities and Operator information.

As before, the user can apply filters in addition to the entered search text to limit the number of matches.

Notes on upgrading

As of the launch date, ACE Interact 32.0.1 will be the default version for all organisations updating ACE to 32.
